Awww, gotta say I'm disappointed in the Conn Smyth. I thought Joe was a shoe in, how many shutouts did Anderson get anyway? Anyway, truly thank you guys for the Jack Adams, its an honor! Its been a fun and exciting season and I look forward to free agency and thanking my lucky stars I didn't sign Vrbata to a 2 year deal Grats to everyone on their trophies, can't wait to stare at mine in my clubhouse

No stand outs for the Conn Smyth IMO. I wouldn't have picked Andersson... He was hot/cold. I picked Letang, who led Nashville's potent PP.
Honored for a Shark to win the Hart and Konstantinov! First ever for both. Stamkos was amazing for me ever since I switched him to C around game 20. He was great in the playoffs too. Chara was just as important to the team as Stamkos was.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I believe Nashville is the first team to win a cup, that didn't also win a division banner that same year.

I'm liking the RFA Comp before the draft idea....otherwise it's a risk for the GM banking on those 1st that he's grabbing for the following year to be good or bad.

I'm doing the ratings for 12-13 this week and should be available this weekend. I'll do the exact same process as I did last year. I picked Anderson for one reason....he beat 3 powerhouse offenses in Toronto, San Jose and Chicago. there were others who stood out but I lean towards goalies if none of the forwards or d-men blow it up! Anther great season by two fantastic commissioners, Jon and Gavin and the most amazing group of guys/GMs around! No better league anywhere including the NHL

Congrats to Stamkos for stealing two awards from Couture.
I love the league but come in how do you not vote Couture for MVP with the garbage he is working with and severe handicap he has at GM compared to Stamkos?

I went with Anderson because I am following the series in my phone and he looked good by the numbers.
Plus Thornton made a horrible decision in FA chasing the money and not re-signing with TB.

I feel like I've mentioned this before (I can't remember everything lol) but while updating clubhouses I found 2 interesting things...
1. There is only 1 team that has never missed the playoffs 2. There is only 1 team that has never made a 1st round draft pick (not including the initial league draft)
Without looking it up, can you name them?

Philly That will change this season, with the 23rd pick. I have made some early 2nds lol
