Just noticed when I did my coaches ratings that some coaches are a few points short of max I've sent out many e-mails about the coaching ratings already. If people are short of using all their available points, then it shall stay as such until they realize it and change it.

I did not know either, do not ever recall it in past and do not recall being told we needed it for new program. This is the first time I am hearing it!

DE DE DE DE Twilight Zone music kicks in about now I think. The original E-mail was sent out Aug 23rd- i have it in my saved mail. I think the new guys are required to do that when they join the league. I prefer to get that stuff out of the way, before I forget about it.

Good! As a political prisoner and being dutifully indicted, I stated that I did not recall. My sincere apologies, but my brain has been fried for last two months! But most say it probably years !
I do apologize and again I do not recall ( and cannot find the emails due to the fact I got too many emails.
Please use rongiovanni@gmail.com please for now on

For those you like me who may have deleted emails, here is what Jon's need for PRO and Farm coaches rathing: (Ray sent to me - he such a pipe cleaner and baby sitter) PH - Physical 50 DF - Defense 50 OF - Offense 50 PD - Player Discipline 50 EX - Experience 50 LD - Leadership 50 up yours- you start with 50 pts, for each catagory - then you have an extra 185 pts. to distribute anyway you want in those catagories added to the 50 - no catagory can be higher than 99 or lower than 50. you need to do it for your farm and pro team for the new soft ware - when done send it to jon. That's of coarse only if you haven't since before august 23rd, or want to change it.

Most are almost there. Check to make sure you used all your points. Remember each catagory already has 50 pts. to start. Then you get to use 185 more pts. to distribute in the six catagories, 185 for your pro and another 185 for your farm, pretty simple. If you don't check to make sure you did it right, you only screw yourself- your choice. When all is said and done your point total for each of your teams should be 485 pts. Pro- 485 pts. Farm.

Why is the pro roster called pro and the farm called farm?
If one is pro, shouldn't the other be amateur? But they aren't amateurs because they are earning a salary to play, so they are also pro.
How about farm and city?
I like it.

Continuing on with these meaningless ponderings... Why does an alarm clock go "off", when it actually comes "on"
