I think in the future we need to post the e-mail sent for voting, on the message board. We did that the 1st few seasons. Seemed to help, at least it appeared that way. Pitts.. did mention he was headed on a trip and would have limited if any internet access. If you guys haven't voted yet and your able to, please do. Jon puts alot of work in this, and it's always a class act.

I appologize personally for not getting my All-Star votes in. I have not given myself enough time to do that recently. I'll sit down and finish them tonight.

At the least everyone checks their mail everyday though. I do thank you for all your support Ray! I think the thing people faile to realize sometimes, is that the league is only as important to me, as it is to you guys! And if I didn't get the cluster of votes e-mail that I did yesterday, I was planning on calling it off

I admit, I didn't send mine in until Friday, but was before deadline. We spend 2 min, but Jon spends a helluva lot more time than that...it shouldn't be a chore but a privledge, as it is to be in this league.

I've been in leagues that have a 3 strike system...3 missed deadlines or other league activities, and you're outta here - unless u have an extremely valid explanation...

That might be something to start implementing, as right now with some GMs I don't know how I would even tell if they decided to leave the league And now I'm supposed to spend 5-6+ hours of my time doing all the AS stuff, when people couldn't spend less than 5 minutes to send in votes?! I'ts extremely unmotivating.

I think we can find positives here LOL. Even though 6 missed the deadline 20 did not. That percentage really isn't all that bad. Next it seemed an oversight for 3 guys and I believe that's been taken care of. Next I doubt Rob [pitts] and Scott [tb] were able to vote. I'm pretty sure they would have if they could have. So that only leaves the Rangers, and not only didn't he vote, he has only logged in once over the last 12 days or so. On the whole not bad, and last season it was even better. Lookin forward to the starting line-up. Gaborik will be pissed if he didn't make it, since he leads all RW'S in pts. in the East.

if i ever get into the mining business im going to hire ray, cause he digs deep to find the best perspective.
thing is as much as it sucks that NYR hasnt voted in, hes got the worst situation in the league, and hes done a decent job of making it much better. agreed there is no way he shouldnt log in once every few days, but if someone is going to go awol, hes the best case scenario
