yeah, it makes sense that im losing to shitty teams all the time. Shitty team? Guess your 3rd and 4th lines need some work. I have one of the better 3rd lines in the league, and if your's is tired from being doubled on the 4th, the Lang line will burn you LOL

Sorry about that ray, didnt mean to point that at you, more at my team.
but no, i dont buy your reasoning. First off, our 3rd lines are at worst, equal, so whatever. They didnt get tired from double shifting either, only horcoff did cause i had 6 pentalties against, and hes all over my pk. And in addition to that, it only lowers his ratings by 1%. So lets say that sure, youre 3rd line got the drop on mine today, thats fine.
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH THE 5 70+ PLAYERS ON MY 1st and 2nd LINES?
i have no fuckin idea.

No prob at all, and part of the fun anyway, it doesn't matter what you say, as long as I got the 2pts.. LOL ;D I know how frustrating it is when your top 2 lines don't produce, that's why Gabby and Malone are gone. Sometimes the chemistry just isn't there. Your 3rd line has some nice DF ratings, but the SC rating on your 3rd a bit lower then mine, as far as the forwards go. yours 66 - mine 71. I'm sure you'll get some pay back later, so I have to rub it in, when I get the chance.

I don't get my team. We always give the Calgary's and Detriot's of the league a great game, either winning or a really close loss, then we constantly lose to some of the leagues worst (even though we seem to play well). My team had 42 shots today, but still lost. This is the worst record I've had after the first 20 games.

I am thinking if Carolina could play my team every game, they would be unbeaten.......I guess Luongo like Brodeur just has our number......may just play Carolina in next game with all my 25 DI guys and just beat crap out of them!

Can someone explain why my third line forwards keep getting 18 minutes of ice time? Little, Stamkos and Slater are only on the 3rd line (no PK or PP, expect for Little)... its driving me nuts since they are a very weak line.

I find that generally the third line will average about 15 minutes per game. Your last game was an OT game so I don't think that's a good example, and I'm really not sure how long you've had that line together to go and look back at your boxscores. The one thing that really sticks out is that basically every one of your forwards plays on more than one line, and a lot of them play on three. If your guys are always tired from playing on every single unit, then based on what I can figure, your freshest guys will get more time.

Huge win today over against a strong "rival" from the west. Nice string of wins but yet another game with some big names not showing up on the score sheets.

Very happy with the bounce back win today after a tough loss yesterday. Quincey gets more ice time and finally gets a few points, Franzen seems to be heating up and getting the goals we acquired him for, and Streit is easily earning his money!
We have some tough games ahead, hope to keep the strong start going!

Nice to see Stamkos and Little developing some chemistry on my third line. Maybe Little won't be such a liability any more... although I have a feeling thats too good to be true!
Turco played well today. Today's game was probably one that I would have lost with my old goaltending situation.
This years Norris race sure looks interesting. Maybe this ratings package has defensemen rated a bit high offensively though...

I just noticed something pretty strange about the sim, can anyone make sense out of these attendance figures?
Detriot - 41.06% (5,748 per game) Colorado - 94.25% (13,195 per game) Edmonton - 95.12% (13,317 per game) Toronto - 87.85% (12,299 per game)
Most teams are around 95%. The only thing I can think of is that the sim takes previous seasons into account, to form a simulated fan base size that can be gradually built or lost. However I don't know if old data was entered into this sim.

Those attendance numbers seem pretty realistic. Detroit's numbers tend to be low, even in good years, lol
