Biggest third period in my teams history... 20 shots and two goals to take the lead and our first Stanley Cup in history!
My 1st line finally broke out with Stamkos getting two goals.
Congrats on a great series Eug. I really thought you were going to take it. Ovechkin and Gaborik terrified me all series.

Congrats Sharkey on winning the cup! You work all these years and finally broke through! Good for you pal!
Nice job to Eug! Hell of a run and right there up to last minute and 15..... Too bad someone had to lose but it was a good run and it was fun for me.....
Now lets move on to the trading.....yahoo! LOL

Probably the best one year running of a team in our history. Just look at the trades Jake made this year. At least five of his defensemen, Burrows, Tavares, St. Louis, Wolski and probably some others. Knew what he needed to do and went and did it.
Oh, and he already had Stamkos, Parise, Heatley and Staal.
Amazing job and congratulations.

Congrats to Jake on an insane series with Toronto, two hugely stacked teams. Couldn't have been any closer than this.

Congrats to both Jake and Eug. Great series guys. Not much to choose between the two clubs. If you ran the series 100 times, each side might win 50.
Special congrats to the whole Sharks organization on their first cup.

Well done by Eug & Jake. Eug - tough to come this far only to go down in the end, but take solace to losing to one of the best teams ever assembled in the JGHL! Like Joe said - the sim could be run another time with the opposite results & nobody would be surprised.
Jake - what can ya say - can't say I'm disappointed to see a Flames fan win! In all seriousness, great job by both!
Congrats on winning (and getting to the finals) in the greatest of all sim leagues!!!
Also stick tap to the GMs and commishioner(s) who makes all this possible!

Thanks for all of the kind words guys.
And I forgot in my first post to thank Jon, he is the reason this league is the best of its kind.
I look forward to the of fseason, like everyone else I have a lot of work to do... I'd like to rebuild my prospect base after trading them all away for this trophy!

I'm lookin forward to the off season, hope we get some ratings soon and trading opens up. I'll be lookin for a No1 Center and a Goalie.

wow what a season. I think this was the first 7 game final, no? I was pretty surprised to see eug lose in the way he did. Vokun was an absolute wall last year and I figured he would do the same for the leafs, but his sv and gaa dont show it as i thought they would. Ovie is starting to look alot like marion hossa to me... so if eug trades him this year whatever team gets him will be winning the cup. Great job by jake, reminding us that its not all about the goaltending. Sometimes putting together a few serious scoring lines is just what the doctor ordered and of course J and G, this HL is awesome, and it wouldnt be here without u guys

A big congrats to Jake for finally getting his championship! And of course to Eug who put together a hell of a team and taking it to the last game! I was pretty surprised to see eug lose in the way he did. Vokun was an absolute wall last year and I figured he would do the same for the leafs, but his sv and gaa dont show it as i thought they would. I'm not really sure how you can say that. Vokoun had the best SV% and GAA in the playoffs, even better than he did last year for me, .909/.918 and 2.22/2.18

wow what a season. Great job by jake, reminding us that its not all about the goaltending. Sometimes putting together a few serious scoring lines is just what the doctor ordered and of course J and G, this HL is awesome, and it wouldnt be here without u guys I have to agree with Shawn on this, I picked vokoun over Turco, but with top scoring line like Jake had, it did exactly what he set out to do and that was win it all. Also agree about Jon and Gavin....another fantastic job guys!
