Having only like 1 or 2 games in the period of over a week is a little boring LOL Gavin itching to try those new lines out some more, and get to the playoffs.

Pretty much, I just like seeing sim results, especially when they have been mostly positive this year

Really disappointing loss against Tampa today... now Detroit needs to go 1-1, while I need to go 2-0 to catch them.
At least Stamkos now has a solid 3 goal lead in the Richard race with two games to go. The Art Ross is still very much up for grabs.

Really disappointing win against the Sharks today.
Stupid Bobby Ryan taking two goals from Couture.
This team needs to get it together soon or guys are going to be walking to and from the games!

Having only like 1 or 2 games in the period of over a week is a little boring I've noticed there are a few teams with 5-6 days between their final two games. There is a schedule editor in the sim, but since I've never used it before I don't really want to experiment so close to the end of the season.

As much as I'd really like to bring home another conference title and Presidents' trophy, the one team I'd rather not play in the first round in St. Louis! Although we're a much better team on paper (no offense) we just haven't matched up well this season. Overall I'm looking at San Jose or Nashville to take it all the way this season.

Going to be a rough schedule over next 4 days with 4 games in row for first time. Will do my best to mess with other team's plans in playoff positioning but with 4 in row and my guys are dead after 1 sometimes there may be a lot of call ups over next few days.... 4 games in 4 days and then 4 days off and last game of season. Glad it is coming to end but looking for good things in the next few seasons with a little better team next season.....

Although we're a much better team on paper (no offense) we just haven't matched up well this season. Overall I'm looking at San Jose or Nashville to take it all the way this season. No offense taken, the Red Wings are clearly the better team on paper. I'm guessing most people will pick Detroit to win in four or five and they should. Although if we continue to kill penalties like we did today (Vancouver went 0-for-13 on the PP) we might have a chance! Stuart sets a single season record for PIM in a season (194) and the Blues set a new team record for PIM (1037). We're very proud! On another note we have a week off until our final game on the last day of the regular season, easily our longest lay off this year.

Come on PHILLY, cut a brutha some slack!!!! I was a bit stunned myself. Who would have thought Hannan would come in for Jackman and impact my team that much.

After nearly a week long layoff, the Leafs were back on the ice this morning preparing for the 81st game against a probable 1st round opponent in the Winnipeg Jets.
We caught up with captain Henrik Zetterberg at the ACC: "They're fast and skilled. We'll have to contain their top end guys like Toews, Hossa, Jagr, and Flash. Can't give them too much room out there."
We could see some lineup changes going into Friday's game, as coach Ted Nolan was heard saying he wants to "lock things down" for the playoffs. A lot has been said about Tim Thomas' regular season struggles, but if history is any indication, this veteran cranks it up a notch in the playoffs. We caught up with last year's Conn Smythe winner: "How am I feeling? Old. I miss my family man. I'm thinking of taking next year off, so you damn right I'm gonna bring it come playoffs."

Well out of basement for first time I believe this season except for maybe the very beginning. Now to get and stay ahead of Van and Pitt.

Well, Hockey is a team sport...and it took everyone working together to lose that one.
Terrible goaltending? Terrible PK? Lackluster PP? We had it all today.
