You still have a shot... with all of the talent and high ratings out there I don't think you necessarily need the highest rated players. Chemistry should be the most important factor. I'm banking on a couple of old NHL combos that worked well (Kariya-Selanne, Stillman-Staal).
How about switching Bouchard to center to give Shanahan and St. Louis a better play maker?
Those are good lines Buffalo... Sundin always seems good for at least 80 points and Tanguay always seems to do well in the sim.

I've had Hossa and Nagy together now for what will be a forth season. I have tried numerous centers between them, and the best one so far, was Modano, when Hossa won the Rocket trophy. Last season it was mostly Demitra and I wasn't too thrilled with that combo, so I'll try Brind'Amour this season for now, maybe later someone else, I think with Schneider it hopefully won't matter which Center I use.

Ill have to do some research!

Ill have to do some research! Bouchard only plays wing now in the NHL. He was drafted as a center though so he is capable of it but I think the Wild felt he was too small to continue playing it in the NHL so thats why he was converted to wing.

Thanks Jake! Moving Bouchard to Center will really help even those lines up!

Smyth-Richards-Jagr Elias-Bergeron-Satan those are my top 2.. i really hope scoring wont be a problem this season... Scoring may not be a problem but icing a team under the cap could be.
