Auld did fine today, really gonna be hard figure out which of them two 78's is actually the better goalie, but it will teach me a lot about how goalies are effected by ratings.
First powerplay goal, something I have always struggled to get going, never understood why, and as usual for me as well, the PK is spot on.
Played a better defensive game today, allowing less shots on net, minor changes do strange things sometimes.

Well... first major injury of the year goes to the Ducks. Hopefully Lupul can step in and play Center on the 2nd Line.
Looking for a little more consistancy from the top 2 lines. Cant have them rotating games for who takes the night off.
Pretty happy with my tie against a top eastern conference team.
Tampa Bay is up next as St. Louis gets ready to face his old team. Maybe he can pot a couple and get that second line moving.

Luongo beats SanJose 3-1
The Sharks experienced first hand Luongos brilliance.
The Sharks also forgot to show up in the third. Thanks for the win.

(Actually yesterday gameday) After a mediochre start, the Flames go in Jersey & come away with an impressive 7-2 victory over those tough Devils. Rough night for Turco...Flames taking advantage of the seemingly confused Devils, with GM "Coach" Ron away for surgery...Frolov got nicked up in the game, but shouldn't miss a significant amount of time according to team doctors...

Well, looks like I got my first lines scoring issues down...now I just need to get to rest of my team to find the net.

This will be the reason for my first loss. My team hasn't lost yet. My top scorer has five points and his name is Thomas. I think that's how it's spelled. Or spelt. Spelt sounds better but is wrong. I just jinxed my team. What do you think of that?

I'm sick of this 4 GA per game thing. Its a good thing I've got a good offense.

Brutal goaltending has cost Tampa so far in their four loses. I knew goaltending and defense would be a concern this year but Aebischer has been worse than I thought.
Oh well thats what you get for going with a average goalie at best and put a weak defensive team in front of him.
On the positive side the offense hasn't been too bad abd Weight seems to be leading by example up front.

Grabbed another point today. Its a shame Luongo has been dealt but its for the best.
Now to grab the D-man I need.
