The West will own the East! It will ashame that so many great players in west will not see the lights of the arena in Dallas because of so many solid teams and players. It just may pissed off many of the possible all stars and they will all sulk and not play up to potential for rest of season!!!!! LOL

Maybe it will be a bit closer than I thought... to be unbiased I just took the top scorers at each position.
East: C- Forsberg, Jokinen, Bergeron, Crosby LW- Ovechkin, Kovalchuk, Zetterberg, Nagy RW- Jagr, Havlat, Satan, Naslund D- Schneider, Whitney, Gonchar, Leetch, McCabe, Liles G- Brodeur, Luongo, Denis
West: C- Sakic, Thornton, Spezza, Savard LW- Sullivan, Straka, Marleau, Kariya RW- Gionta, Cheechoo, Heatley, Alfredsson D- Lidstrom, Niedermayer, Redden, Blake, Zubov, Rafalski G- Nabokov, Gerber, Hasek
If this is semi-close to the actual rosters it should be a good game. The West has an advantage on D, the East in net and the forwards are about even. We will definatly see some deviation from these rosters though.

Without Hossa and Nagy in the line-up, the East doesn't have a chance. West 10 - East 5

Just curious, but what would happen if you played the all-star game with the east or west against a team composed of the worst players? How bad would it be?

They could call it the "All-Tears Game"
