Way too many auto-lines this early in the season.

I'm getting very, very annoyed with the auto lines, especially having to manually adjust Pittsburgh's roster just so I can sim games today! After only 10 schedule games in, if you've been autoed more than once then we have an issue! My tolerance is getting very low with the laziness, time to step up or step out!

If you have a problem with certain guys, you should send them a warning by E-mail and PM. This is depressing to the other 22 or so of us that run our teams. JMO

I'm going on record to say we should start taking a more stern approach to situations like these. It's been 12 years.. If we're gonna last another 12 then we need to get everyone on the same page when it comes to commitment. If certain guys are treating the league like a mosquito that won't go away, then maybe we should just put them out of their misery and hand the team over to someone who will actually CARE. /rant

The 2 worst offenders are Pitts and Mont.. Same old same old. Montreal is far from one of the worst offenders. Without even looking up stats I can name at least 5 teams that have sent in less lines over the past few seasons than Montreal. Pitt on the other hand sent in 1 set of lines last season, one! In contrast they were auto-lined 17 times last season.

Rob's been in the league over 10 years, not sure what his prob is, I consider him a good friend, and have tried to help him out. He did try to pick up a Center last week, but couldn't get a deal worked out, I know he tryed.

He did try to pick up a Center last week, but couldn't get a deal worked out, I know he tryed. I think we need to be careful when we evaluate based on tenure. With that thinking, i can check out for a few months and let Jon do the work on my team and feel "safe" because I've been here for 12 years? I don't think so. Tenure is supposed to give someone the benefit of a doubt, but IMO it shouldn't give someone 50 benefits and a pass to check out for as long as they feel. If you're that busy with life and don't have 5 min of free time in your days, you should do the honorable thing and resign.

He did try to pick up a Center last week, but couldn't get a deal worked out, I know he tryed. The only reason he's still around is because he's been in the league so long. If he was a new GM he would have been gone by now, but the benefit of the doubt only goes so far and only lasts so long.

Apparently Bishop didn't enjoy playing against his former team...lol. Four goals against on 12 shots. Kind of had a bad feeling playing the Ducks while on a winning streak. They always seem to have our number. Good game, Al.
