Goalies don't lose CON points based on wins and losses, they lose CON points based on shots faced in a game. I'm aware of how they lose Con points. Some of us werent

I'm aware of how they lose Con points. Some of us werent Players and goalies recover 1 condition point each day. If you sit them them will recover faster because they are also not losing any condition while playing. The condition removal can seem a little confusing but basically here's how it works... Based on 100 EN (Endurance): Forwards: 23mins played = -1 Condition 25mins played = -2 Condition 28mins played = -3 Condition Defense: 25mins played = -1 Condition 27mins played = -2 Condition 30mins played = -3 Condition Goalies: 26 shots against = -1 Condition 31 shots against = -2 Condition 53 shots against = -3 Condition Now there are no players with 100 EN, so for goalies to figure out how many shots your goalie can take before losing points on each of the levels you would follow this equation... 26 x .?? 31 x .?? 53 x .?? (.?? = your goalie EN) For players it's a little more confusing but the formula would be... TimePlayed + (100-EN)/10 = minutes played then referred to fatigue chart for deduction.

what screen would on gm view CON? On the website on your roster page and also in the editor on the roster or lines screen when you click on a player and his attributes display on the bottom.

You don't have to worry about Con that much, as long as you don't overuse your players, low DU ratings can contribute as well. If you see a player gettin tired all the time, cut down his IT. A little more difficult with your D though. The lower your Con the more chance of injury, more so if you overuse players with low DU. That's why the farm players get so many injuries, most have very low DU ratings. If you want to double up some of your best players in hopes of more offense, it's best they have high DU ratings, and are for the most part, off your special teams, as I said more difficult with your D, some guys go with 7 D-men and 11 forwards. It's a long learning process to become a wise GM. LOL I'm still learning, at present I'm tryin to figure out how much Morale affects one's team, since this is only the 2nd season we've used it.

I too have been monitoring Morale, more so than last season. Would hate to see it be removed just because we don't have any actual physical evidence that it hurts your team when they are losing, that really is just a theory for now. Unpopular opinion but if we want to see the real effect that it has on not only our teams, but the sim in general, we have to keep it and actually figure out why it goes up and down, and by how much each time.

This was all my issue with moral from the start as well, it doesn't feel like it gives the worse teams a chance to beat the good teams, it feels like it screws the worse teams even more if it would do anything.
Winning (good) teams have high moral. Losing (bad) teams have low moral. So it would stand to reason that it would help the good teams more than the bad teams by quite a bit, depending on its general impact in the first place.

I was wondering if the huge loss of morale to a traded player, is hurting the trade market. In my case Elliott and Crawford lost 11 pts. of Morale due to being traded. It didn't seem to matter if they were traded to a losing or winning team.

The morale slider is set to 15 out of 100. I don't think it' having this overwhelming impact that you guys are speculating it does. If you want it turned off then put up a vote and we'll see what the league wants to do, simple.

Not sure how the hell we are 9-4 considering we suck in net, we suck on blueline and our special teams are down near the worse in league in both PP and PK........Wins were done with mirrors not good team play!
Might start thinking about moving a few who are not playing up to level they should be playing!
