Go to the team sites. I know the Oilers game is streaming on their site tonight, so I imagine that highlights would be there too.
Also, free Centre Ice preview through first week of the season. Leafs-Sens were on last night. Canucks-Flames too.
Chicago Tampa is on tonight from Winnipeg and tsn has a game on too.

Oh, yeah. Try not having ESPN here at all. No ESPN Classic. No NFL network in HD. No FX. No Cherry Coke. No caffeine in our mountain dew. No chex mix. No Chick-fil-a. No Jack in the Box or Carl's Jr. No MLB network. Can't watch any NBC clips on their site.

Yeah I figured that was the best bet so I just went to the Devils site, and while I can read a recap they don't supply any video! Same thing over at the Flyers site lol, so fkn stupid! The NHL really is a joke of an organization compared to the other 3!

Shut up.
No, we don't get direct tv. We have satellite, we can get Centre Ice, MLB Xtra Innings, NFL Sunday Ticket and some NCAA package, but no one in Canada gives two squirts of monkey piss about college sports in the US, except for maybe some college football. You can get illegal satellite dishes and pick up the American channels, but they stone you if they find out.

You should just find someone in the US to hook up a slingbox for you on a TV they don't use

Are you offering? I can get a slingbox.
Who can do this for me? This is incredible.
I will take the highest offer.
It's genius.
But seriously, who would do this for me? I'm in.

Would Slingbox actually work like that? Awesome idea if so!!!
I was also thinking how much of a fail NHL Network has been. No coverage of prospect tourneys. No pre-season coverage. If you tuned in you'd almost think there was a NHL strike on the go with all the classic games they covering.

At least we're getting a Hard Knocks type NHL show now, following the Pens and Caps leading up to the outdoor game. First episode of four airs on December 15. Big coverage of the Dec 23 game between the two as well.
