Thank you Jon for all you do. Also to you and Gavin for monitoring draft and making picks for everyone through list. You are the best!

The schedule has been created and posted on the website (league and teams). As with every year it's not going to be perfect, so please try not to complain too much. Please only let me know if you see any glaring issues. Here are the parameters that were used.....
Minimum games vs. own division: 4 Minimum games vs. own conference: 4 Minimum games vs. other conference: 2 Target games per day: 6 Variance for target games per day: 3 Max consecutive games: 2 Max consecutive home games: 5 Max consecutive away games: 5
The sim now has the ability to edit a created schedule, so if you see too many games in a row or a huge cap between your games let me know and I'll see what I can do without screwing up another teams schedule.
================================================
The season will start on Monday, November 5th.
All under the cap, complete rosters/lines must be sent in by Saturday, November 4th @ 10PM(EST).
There will be a double sim on Monday and Tuesday @ 6PM and 9PM.
================================================
Now is the time to send in coaching adjustments or coaching changes. Your current farm and pro coaches can be found on the league website under the "Coaches Ratings" link.
The rules for coaches and attribute distribution can be found here... jghl.net/rules.html#Coaches
================================================
Roster requirements must also be met by Saturday, November 3rd @ 10PM(EST). This includes 35 minimum players and a minimum of 3 goalies. If these requirements are not met by Saturday, November 3rd @ 10PM(EST) then I will add players to your team to meet the minimums.
Teams Under 35 Players: Nashville - 32
================================================
Don't forget to designate captains for both pro and farm when setting your rosters. This is done on the roster screen in the GM editor.
================================================
New daily sim time for this season will be 6PM(EST)

Sounds great Jon.
Got a quick line related question that I never fully understood: can I play a forward on one of the PP D parings without reducing their production/output in any way? This is a common NHL formation these days and you see many skilled forwards quarterbacking a PP from the point and having 4 forwards out in general. I also recall teams doing it successfully in the J, but not often. Any clarity on this would be great if you have it.

I’m pretty sure the only time the player gets a penalty is playing out of position on ES, but I’m not positive. But I’m 100% positive about the PP.
