4 goals by Sedin but it wasn't enough as the Pens lose to the Kings.

Very happy with a win over buff today. I am NOT looking forward to facing him or Pitt in the playoffs, and thats not even counting teams like car and phi who are on great runs themselves. The east is going to be a dogfight.... and calgary keeps rolling

You do make a great point, im just saying that i havent seen calgary lose often enough to make me think that hes not grabbing that presidents trophy

West - 8 teams above average - East -10 teams above average, and the reason, only the top 2 in the East have clinched. The power rankings tell the rest. The top 5 in the West awesome. I was tellin Ron the other day, I thought the league had more good teams this season, than any other.

what can i say ray..... you have my number this season... that loss really hurts. I got lucky, your PP was awesome, and almost did me in. You've been hot, if you can stay hot, you still have a shot to make it. It's not over til it's over.

All I can say is that if we make playoffs, we should be playoff ready considering the teams we have faced in the last 6 games and will face as we close out the season. All playoff teams, with 4 games against #1,2 and 3 in the east and 1 game against the extremely hot Philly and playoff bound Minny.......just like the playoffs.....difficult, challenging but we are happy with direction we are going and how we have been playing lately after rough spot which dropped us in middle of pack after challenging early for top spot.
But chemistry is coming together for this team and we hope it will continue into playoffs. But first we have to make it.......

Osgood is banished to bench for rest of season....if we miss playoffs, so be it......Golf clubs are clean, grass is green and the weather is great! But he on his way to golf course for now!
Also playing every 3 to 4 days for last few weeks and now 4 more days off, fukin schedule sucks.......But guess it to let me practice my golf swing.
If we make playoffs, he may get a shot....that just may be his place to play - the playoffs, but regular seaon it is up to Toskala with Kolizig as back-up.....Oh fukin well!

Yeah, i wish i had looked deeper into my schedule at the beggining of the season. I have had a few back to back to backs, and some long layoffs.
but even worse than that, I lost to chris yesterday in a hard fought 4-3 loss. if you wanna be the best you gotta beat the best, and it would seem that at least yesterday, i was not the best

When we do play again it will be against 2nd place in east and top 4 team league- Buffalo, then a HOT Carolina and even a HOTTER - Philly, then I get to play possible 8th seed clinhing Minny, which is no cakewalk to only end season with #1 in east Pitt and our nemesis, Mr. Brodeur! So if we make playoffs, it will because we had to fight for it against the best in east!
