Don't even think about making salmon that is comparable to this, as it won't happen. I've made salmon before in other homes and in other ovens, so if you need to know how awesome I am, there are other people who can tell you.
Oven I cook the salmon in an oven, not a microwave or deep fryer. I put a piece of lemon on it and cook it as per the directions on the package.
Freshness Though the salmon is frozen, it was a living thing at one time. It swam and jumped and battled, and now all dignity that comes from the king of the ocean will be in my stomach, then it will go in my bloodstream and I will be nourished.
Sides I will be making some rice. Probably Sidekicks. Maybe Harvest Chicken. Salmon is chicken of the sea so it will go well. I will also be cooking some broccoli. This will be good. I like asparagus, but the asparagus at this time of year is limper than Isles footlong dick.
Love My secret ingredient is love. That and I rarely wash my hands.
Enjoy that you bitches.(Isles and Nash are who I'm referring to. The rest of you may or may not be bitches. Maybe reply to this post with info as to your bitchiness. Except Isles. I know already)

Update. The water is boiling and the oven is preheating. It smells like lemons. Things are going as planned so far.

Sidekicks update. Brown and wild rice with roasted garlic.
Also, I forgot to press the button to start the timer. This is where my culinary mastery and feel for good cooking come into play.

Brocolli boiled over a while ago. The timer went off, so the rice is standing for 3-5 minutes. The salmon is ready to jump from the oven, and it's time to drain the brocolli and put in some butter and maybe some rosemary. And lemon. So hungry.

Do you know what rules? When you are making nachos, then turn on the light in the oven to see how the cheese is melting, and you realize that you didn't put any cheese on. Skinny as a post and twice as thick.

I just read this to my roommate. She's laughing so hard I'm starting to wonder if there's a gas leak here somewhere.
Good stuff, Nash! I can't wait to hear about how you rock at cookie trading!
