The Pittsburgh Penguins this year are probably the strongest at this very moment than they have ever been in the Mike Senske GM Era. The city of Pittsburgh is starting to buzz with excitement, as drafted player William Nylander lived up to his promise, scoring 2 goals and an assist in his first game. Trades involving Horvat, MacKinnon, and Athanasiou, have brought promising youth to this team. Jaden Schwartz is back to form and looking to bounce back this year. Rental acquisitions in Radulov, Nielsen, and Hartnell provide the young guns a little bit of experience for the journey that is about to take place.

GM Mike Senske is experimenting this year, with putting together a fourth line that is going to grind and wear you down with their hard hitting style of play. It might take a few adjusting to see which players work well with each other, but things are finally starting to look up in Pittsburgh.
Oh and the pipeline? We are weaker with our forwards, as Zacha and Heinen are the main , and the defensive pool is a bit stronger, with Chychrun, Juolevi, and Hronek being the main defensive prospects who hope to have a big impact with our organization.
