Hey gang,
Just wanted to give everyone a bit of a heads up as my life is going to be a bit obscure for the month of November.
I'll be out of town this weekend with no access to a computer until Monday.
Then on November 9th I'll be having surgery, so the few days leading up to it, depending on how much I have going on at work and life I'm not sure how responsive I'll be. I have no idea how capable I'll be during the recovery period, but I'll try my damnedest. Luckily all the super interactive things are over. If there is something super pressing feel free to message me via WhatApp.

Good luck with surgery pal, hope you have a speedy recovery. On Nov. 13th I am getting a shoulder replacement surgery myself. Full ACL reconstruction and partial MCL here Good luck with that. I had 10 knee surgeries and both replaced, put in the hard work of PT and do not ever stop it! I played ball until my 5th, then finally stopped! Just put hard work in pal and hope for speedy recovery. Hell my first knee replacement, I played golf less then 4 months later!

Best of luck, Lance. Coach Ron has more experience than I but I've had that same surgery. Not gonna lie, it was a rough road to recovery, but worth it in the end! Hang in there, stick with the physio. You're younger than I, so likely easier go for ya, hopefully (plus, I had the "anchor screw" crack during surgery on the surgeon {team surgeon for the CFL Calgary Stampeders actually}, so surgery went 50% longer than it should have and he had to do an older style procedure). For me, it was just past the 13 month part post surgery where I finally said this was soooo worth it.
All the best man, and reach out if ya need someone to chat with about rehab/recovery - not much expertise, but can certainly relate to the experience.
Cheers
