Hard to believe the Leafs have a shot at the Cup in any hockey league.
2 fantastic GMs. 2 great teams.
Vokoun might just tip the scales in TO's favour in 7 games, but he's gonna be in tough!

I see these teams as pretty even at forwards and on defense
But I have to go with the Leafs in finals for one main reason - VOKOUN! Big difference in goal and he has carried the Leafs ( at least in our series)
Big question is will Leafs get tired, then it could swing over to Sharks..... we will see how playing 3 lines versus 4 lines will work for these great GMs...
Leafs in 7
Should be a fun one......

Although they lost the first game I'm still gonna have to go with San Jose. They have 4 forwards with 80+ scoring and two others with 78 and 79. Compared to Toronto who only has 90SC and 85SC and the rest not higher than 73.
The defense is about even on the DF ratings, however the slight edge still has to go to San Jose. Only one player under 75DF and two with 80+, while Toronto has one 80+ DF with two under 75.
Puck moving wise the slight edge goes to San Jose. Two players with 80+ PA and only one under 70, while Toronto also has two players with 80+ but also 2 players under 70 @ 60/67(not including Carkner who is not on any line).
The only edge I give to Toronto is the goalie.
I gotta go with San Jose in 6, probably 7

Back to where we started... my top players (cough St. Louis) need to start playing like they did in the regular season!

How much longer can my top players continue to be non-factors in this series.... St. Louis, Stamkos and Heatley were a combined minus 9 today.
Good luck tomorrow Eug!

Thanks Jake, you too buddy! It's honestly been a dead even series if you think about it. Each of us won 1 game decisively, and the other 4 were 1 goal games. Gonna be in tough on the road but we'll see what happens. Been a pleasure regardless

Just the way it should be! The finals goes to 7 with the two bet teams. What a great season and playoffs! Good luck to both teams.
