With the exception of the "Unassigned List" (see below) everything on the site has been updated. From rosters, to rookies, to players under contract coming and going, to cap hit adjustments, to free agents etc... Your available cap room can be found by clicking the "Salary Cap Chart" link on the website. If you notice any incorrect info anywhere then please let me know ASAP so I can fix it! Unassigned List - Please take a look at the Unassigned List at the players listed with $1,234,567/9years and make sure that none of them are your property. Possibly prospects that didn't get activated because of a spelling difference, or a player on your "Players Under Contract" list that didn't get activated for for the same reason. jghl.net/JGHL1314-Unassigned.htmlA new league file has been uploaded, but everyone also needs to upgrade their editor. You can get it from the link below or on the league website. www.jghl.net/STHSClient-V2.2.1.exe

Looks good, OV ratings seem higher for the good players and lower for the bad ones. Salary might be tighter this year than in previous years for a number of teams. I don't think any cap adjustments need to be made yet, but there is a chance for a raise in the next year or two.

Awesome work! It is really gratifying seeing the ratings up on the site.
I agree with Gavin, the OV's for the better players do seem a bit higher. This probably has something to do with the new ratings.
Going to be another competitive year, but early on looks like Calgary, Nashville and Chicago will be top teams.

Trading, player dropping etc... will open after I update the unassigned list and establish the entry draft order. However at the moment I am having a small issue with the entry draft so I'm waiting on Simon to get back to me. I also want a few days for everyone to make sure their teams are correct before players start flying all over the league. It should only be a few days before everything opens up.

Yea the OV is higher across the board. Not a big deal, except it might inflate a bunch of salaries when it comes to RFAs

Yea the OV is higher across the board. Not a big deal, except it might inflate a bunch of salaries when it comes to RFAs Thats pretty much what I was getting at, this is going to be a tighter year than in the past because higher OV's mean bigger salaries for RFAs. I still feel like there is plenty of money floating around to cover everything right now (more then enough), but its something we'll need to keep an eye on, probably finally raising the cap a little to compensate for the higher OVs (and maybe adjust other related things). However, I don't feel its needed this season at all. Alternatively, we could just modify the scale up a point or two and probably fix everything as well.

Alternatively, we could just modify the scale up a point or two and probably fix everything as well. Yea that's what I was thinking. Honestly 1 point down would do (66OV or less gets 500K and on). Cause let's face it, there's a bunch of guys who got a 66OV, that have no business being a 66OV compared to past years. Perfect example on my team is McLeod (who's not even RFA).

Give more examples of where you feel OV is too high. For someone like McLeod I don't think it's unreasonable for him to be 66OV, which would be 1M in FA...
