I didnt know this series was gonna be a defensive battle. These 2-1 games are intense, but i gotta squeeze more by luongo than 2 goals...

That worked out a little better for us, even though we needed OT for the victory. Obviously I hope we take the series, but I really think SJ has a better chance against Calgary than we do. If anyone "really" even has chance that is

Another tough 1 goal game against Colorado. 12 of my players played over 20 minutes. Phaneuf and Sakic played over 35. DiPietro's been playing pretty well in this series, but I still need a lot more from Shanahan and Selanne.

My PK unit really let me down today, and were obviously the deciding factor in the game. From an amazing 92.3% in the regular season, to last in the league at 70% It certainly can't hurt having Yashin out of the lineup, so we'll have to re-tool the PK and hopefully pull out the win at home.

The sleeping giant Hossa wakes up and nets 2 as the Pens tie it back up 2-2. Huge win for sure as they head back to the Island.

Period 1 1. CALGARY, JOKINEN 6 (MARLEAU, HEATLEY), 09:43 2. CALGARY, HEATLEY 5 (JOKINEN, MARLEAU), 10:46 3. CALGARY, MALKIN 7 (SAVARD, LILES), 11:36 4. CALGARY, SAVARD 4 (LILES, FROLOV), 14:53
came back and won 6-5, turning point of series? Wouldn't that be something.

Another close game and we're back to where we started lol. It'll be nice to get Yashin back in the lineup.

Great win in Long Island! Hossa with 4 points, Gomez with 4 points, and Gonchar with his 1st 2 goals of the playoffs to lead the Pens. Back to the Burg to close it out.

I just put a milk carton out with crosbys face on it. Has anybody seen him? I think dan cloutier is my starting goalie too.
