Nearly every team in the league looks a lot stronger this year...except Colorado

Jon's team is actually a lot better this year too! With the number of prospects he's collecting, it's only a matter of time before the Aves' are back.

I agree with Eug there... we should be talking about the Richards deal. I was a little surprised that Nashville managed to get a 1st round pick back in that deal. Nashville has done a great job this off season... at the beginning of the off season it looked like the Preds were still a few seasons away from being a big force in the league, but after adding Stastny and Richards on forward they could be a contender real soon. I think the 1st evened out with Josefson, he's going to have a huge opportunity to possibly play alongside Kovalchuk (at least while Zajac is out). Dubinsky could be playing alongside B. Richards and Gaborik, plus a few other good young players. Pretty even deal... did take a while to hammer out, but really happy to have Richards and Statsny as my one and two.

Good thing is I don't care what other think about what trade, because I do what I want to do for what I think is best. Got dubi and josefson who was a 1st plus two other 1st round picks. Really you all should and could make opinions known here does mean it is right, just means you have an OPINION

Rakhshani is currently listed 9th on the Islanders Depth Chart. He played 2 NHL games last year, ending with nothing but a -1. He had above average AHL numbers, which is a good, but his hockey's future prospect rating is 7.0 D, which means he could make a solid top 6 forward some day, but its not exactly super likely it'll happen. Not really sure where Rakhshani will fit in, or even get enough ice time to be productive. Right now our lines probably look like this..... Moulson - Tavares - Parenteau Grabner - Nielsen - Okposo Rolston - Bailey - Comeau Haley/Martin - Reasoner - Gillies Unless he makes the team the first call up will be Nino followed by possibly Strome, and we also got de Haan who could possibly take a roster spot this year as well. Obviously they could plug him in on the 4th line instead of one of the goons, but really what would be the point. It's sad cuz Rakhshani is a really smart player with some skill, just not sure where he'd really fit in.

There are some guys Whoake there opinion Then another and the a cenack. People can have opinions but should I care. There alot of GMs who have much better players then other GMs lately so since they have better players why should I care. Like everyone else I care about my team. Why do you feel like u was singled out, if you were going to be I would say your name. I have right to state what want wothout attacking someone which I did not do.

Here are my opinions on a few trades:
Carpentry: Too many slivers. Also, hammers are really heavy. Jesus was one though so it can't be that bad.
Welding: Very hot and I look terrible in one of those helmets.
Plumbing: My uncles are plumbers and have done quite well. They used to tell me, "Darren, there will always be shit"
Electrician: I'd electrocute myself within the first week, without a doubt. I'd be shocked if I didn't.
I can't think of any other trades right now.

A big part of my teams future depends on this trade... definitely did not like letting Staal go.
Hopefully Berglund and Okposo have break out seasons.
Still not sure who to take with the 3rd overall pick, which was the deal breaker for me.
